The Senseless Murders in El Paso and Dayton

On August 1st I gave the prophetic word God had given me for the month of August. God said there would be another mass shooting and to warn His people. I hate having to give prophecy like that but it warns the people. This morning I found out one of my subscribers on YouTube is indeed in El Paso and she left a comment under my August 1st Video saying thank you.

Yesterday I got an email from a woman telling me she is envious because God talks to me and not her. Anyone with a prophetic gift can tell you that the gift has cost them everything. For some reason it requires a stripping of all we hold dear and then still staying with God in the crucible of fire. I really don’t think many could stand what it takes on a personal level. This is not bragging just stating a fact. If I was to tell you all I have lost, on a personal level, it would probably take a whole paragraph. I won’t do it because I don’t believe in being depressed and living a defeated life that is fueled by self-pity. I bring it up only to say this don’t be envious of another’s gift from God because you have no Idea what the person endured to get to that point.

God tells us these things so that we will always know that He is All Knowing. But the Word of God also tells us that Satan is the God of this world.

2 Corinthians 4:4

4 For the god of this world has blinded the unbelievers’ minds [that they should not discern the truth], preventing them from seeing the illuminating light of the Gospel of the glory of Christ (the Messiah), Who is the Image and Likeness of God.

The most detailed version of Satan’s rebellion is here;

How you are fallen from heaven,

    O Day Star, son of Dawn!

How you are cut down to the ground,

    you who laid the nations low!

You said in your heart,

    “I will ascend to heaven;

above the stars of God

    I will set my throne on high;

I will sit on the mount of assembly

    in the far reaches of the north;

I will ascend above the heights of the clouds;

    I will make myself like the Most High.”

But you are brought down to Sheol,

    to the far reaches of the pit. (Isaiah 14:12-15)

The Bible frequently uses “the world” or “this world” to refer to the present evil system of opposition to God. So, the Bible never teaches that Satan actually rules over the entire world, but that he is ruler over the current system of sinful opposition to God. In other words, he’s leading the rebellion against God.

When Satan tried to tempt Jesus, while Jesus was 40 days and nights in the wilderness, he was trying to get Jesus to join him in rebellion against God. Satan uses the same tactics against you and me every minute of every day.

So not only does evil exist it’s worse then ever because the time of Jesus’s return is getting very close.

We are going to see the scene in El Paso played out more frequently, I believe.

We all have to be prepared at every minute to meet Jesus. Are you ready, do you know Jesus as your personal Savior. If you do not all you have to do is believe He is the Son of God that God sent to earth as a sacrifice for our sins. If you aren’t sure you are saved please pray the prayer below.

Lord Jesus, for too long I’ve kept you out of my life. I know that I am a sinner and that I cannot save myself. No longer will I close the door when I hear you knocking. By faith I gratefully receive your gift of salvation. I am ready to trust you as my Lord and Savior. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for coming to earth. I believe you are the Son of God who died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead on the third day. Thank you for bearing my sins and giving me the gift of eternal life. I believe your words are true. Come into my heart, Lord Jesus, and be my Savior. Amen. (Dr. Ray Pritchard)

If you prayed that and meant it know that you are now starting a beautiful journey. Read the Word and pray daily. In the presence of God is where we find our peace.

I believe that just taking assault weapons away won’t stop these senseless killings. It can help but the young man yesterday who murdered and maimed people in El Paso Texas was unemployed and played video games and was online at least, by his linked in account, 8 hours a day. He had no life and I believe he was literally fantasizing he was in the game, by shooting as many as he could. He apparently had never had any boundaries laid out by family who was still letting him live at home while they apparently supported him. He looked depressed in pictures I saw. He may also have been on SSRI uptakers( anti-depressants)

Bottom line evil is increasing. Jesus is coming soon. Be saved. Be aware of your surroundings and know that you belong to God the blood of Jesus covers you, and angels surround you. I cannot and will not live in fear.

Prophetic Word Waiting Is Ending

Waiting Is Ending

My Dearly Beloved Child,

I know that upon hearing this message you May find tears rolling down your face. They are silent tears overflowing from your broken heart.

I know that you have tried to act stronger then you really feel. You have hung on during some really tough times. You have felt at times that you were holding on by only a thread. Inside you wondered if you were going to lose your grip while outside you kept a smile on your face so that no one but Me knew what was really going on inside of you.

You did not just come to listen to this by accident. I drew you here. Nothing happens by accident as I have planned this for you. I know that you need encouragement and because of that you are here to be encouraged. I am making a way out of this unhappy and stressful situation right now. I know that you feel surrounded by problems on all sides, you cannot even think clearly. Inside you think if you had the means you would run far away from this situation and never look back. But you know that it’s not possible and so you go on day after day hoping and praying for a change in these circumstances.

Your waiting is completely coming to an end. Do not be discouraged and believe that your whole life is in turmoil for I declare, My Beloved Child, that this is not the end for you but I am giving you, instead, a beautiful new beginning. I need for you to believe this whether you can see it or not. I know exactly what I am doing. I have planned your life from beginning to end. You have often, because of your own free will and some questionable choices, gone astray but believe that I am going to walk you away from the consequences of your bad choice and onto a new path that I am opening before you.

Beloved child, you have grown in this storm, you are not the same person you were. You have grown stronger with each passing day. You used to go into anxiety at the first sign of a problem. Your heart would race and you would break out in anxiety. Have you noticed that you do not do that as much as you used to? Now, these unplanned interruptions barely phase you. You are becoming an overcomer. I have raised up overcomers that no longer run from the Devil but stand and face him and are teaching others to do the same.

You are different. I did not create you to blend in with the world but to stand out. I am getting ready to bless your faithfulness. I am going to catapult you into success. It’s going to happen quickly when you are least expecting it. You will be given a new opportunity that will move your life in an exciting new direction. When you first realize this you will want to shout it from the rooftops but I advise you to keep quiet while you are being fully established in this new dimension of success. Some people surrounding you are not as loyal as you think they are. They have motives that you cannot trust. That is why I encourage you to keep your new situation between you and I at first. Listen for my still small voice inside of you as I direct your path and pray before making difficult decisions. I will be with you, simply take time to meet with me in your prayer closet each day. Follow my advice and not that if mere humans, there ways are not always my ways and their thoughts are not always my thoughts.

You started with very little but I will bless you, because you stayed faithful to me, with much. I will bless your sacrificial giving too, your giving heart has touched my giving heart. I am a giver too my child, I gave my only son, whom I loved so much, to take the sins of the world on the cross. Stay in faith for the breakthrough you need is coming and you are going to be blessed to be a blessing.

Satan’s Playground

My Dearly Beloved Child,

Always remember that your mind can easily become the devils play ground. He and his world of dark spirits are masters at imposing their evil influence on you. That place at the top is your mental thought life. The human ability to think, dream, and plan is wonderful, even God-like. Satan has used this ability to put doubt in the minds of people and create havoc in your life’s since the beginning of time.

First Satan used this confusion of thoughts to talk some of the angels into leaving the heavenly realms with him when he rebelled against God. That was the beginning of Satan influencing weak minds through reasoning and imagining thoughts with no basis in reality. He still uses these same tactics today to upset your peace of mind and make you imagine things that are not true.

Go with me to the Garden of Eden. It was paradise with every good and perfect thing I had designed for Adam and Eve. Satan had to find a way to destroy the innocent beauty of the place, exactly as he invents ways to get into the minds of my people and stir up trouble. He started by putting a thought into Eve’s mind that confused her when he said, “Did God really say you must not eat the fruit from any of the trees in the garden?” Then Eve began to question Gods motives. My Beloved beware of Satan causing strife in your own life with your own relationships by making you believe things that are not true about your Christian brothers and sisters. Therefore my will to use these people for your own good is often thwarted by false imaginations.

Satan, and Satan alone is the one who stirs up strife with believer against believer. Then in the midst of this strife and confusion the unsaved are more convinced then ever that my people are hypocrites because Satan makes it appear that my people cannot even get along with each other. Beloved of the Lord you must constantly test the Spirits that speak into your mind.

Look at Jesus is the wilderness for 40 days and night. Anytime Jesus got in the flesh, such as when Jesus said, “I hunger.” Satan saw that fleshly moment and said to Jesus, “”If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become bread.” Then Jesus came to His senses and said to Satan, “No! The Scriptures say, ‘People do not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’ ”

This is why I tell you to test everything that comes to your mind. If you do not do so Satan will constantly destroy my plans for your life, temporarily , and lead you down the wrong path that will keep your mind confused and unable to see the truth.

Your eyes and your ears are gateways to your mind. Always be careful what you look at, what you listen to and what you entertain yourself with. Don’t stay around negative and foul mouthed people because you become like those you spend the most time with.

Satan will put thoughts in your head to make you doubt my existence and go into exploration of things which seem pleasing and nice to look at and entertain your mind but are not from me.

You are having trouble discerning truth because of a Spirit of imaginations that leads you astray.

This dangerous hour is a repeat of the spirit of evil that plagued Noah’s generation right before judgment came.

I have not left you alone for this downward spiral of evil to consume you. I warned you that this is the conscious storm facing this last generation. The atmosphere is charged with dark and vile imaginations. You must hold your thoughts captive. Do they line up with my Words?

Please look carefully at what is coming against you, everyone you know, and all those you meet every day. These principalities and powers are both evil and unclean spirits. Principalities are generals in Satan’s army of attacking spirits. I named them as “rulers of the darkness of this world.”

Your mind and thought patterns must be of paramount importance to your spiritual life. Do not allow anything negative or disruptive in your spirit to linger more than a few seconds. You can submit yourself to Me, and then you can resist the devil and he has to flee. This has to be a lifestyle, not a one-time battle. Fill your mind with the Bible and the Spirit’s great revelations. Live a clean life so there are not any doors to your spirit by the world of evil. Baptize yourself daily in anointed praying.

An Open Letter To Those Steeped In Self Pity

An open letter to all those steeped in self-pity today. I was there a long time ago. I have compassion but I have learned……

Self pity helps nothing. NOT ONE THING! Feelings are not reliable FAITH is an act of our will.

When we get into self pity we do not realize that there are many other people experiencing the same things. The difference is some go forward each day, trusting God to make it able for us to withstand what we see as the injustices of the world.

We falsely believe our lives are worse then everyone else’s life. Maybe they are and maybe they are not.

The more time we spend in self-pity the worse our situation will become. We come into agreement with Satan and he loves that.

Even if it’s true that your situation is bad you can turn the tables by finding something positive and talking about that.

You may be lying in bed steeped in self-pity writing about your sad situation on FB but YOU HAVE A BED WITH A ROOF OVER YOUR HEAD AND OBVIOUSLY A WAY TO GET ONLINE. THATS A BLESSING FOCUS ON THAT!

I do life coaching and so do a lot of other people. If you find yourself so steeped in self pity you cannot become unstuck find a Christian life coach to give you a hand up.

Truth be known you have the power to do it all yourself. You simply have to want it to change.

I am going to be honest. Self pity is an attention getting device.

No one can change your life but you. When you make that decision God meets you right there and helps you. You come into agreement with God whose Word tells us in Philippians 4:13 “ I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!”

Right now you are agreeing with Satan whom the Word tells us has come to steal, kill and destroy.

John 10:10 The thief comes not but that he may steal, and kill, and destroy: I am come that they might have life, and might have [it] abundantly.

The body cooperates with the words that we speak. Please quit speaking death over your life, self pitier. You are your own worse enemy.

Do You Know You Are Really Beautiful?

I often think about my friend from where I once worked, Rita, when I think of lessons God taught me about low self esteem.

Rita was beautiful. A petite Spanish woman with thick beautiful brown hair and big brown eyes, she had people’s attention when ever she walked by.

She was one of the hardest working people I had ever met. She worked her first job from six o’clock to 2pm and then went to work as a beautician in a nice shop from 3pm to six pm.

We became friends after the Lord gave me a Word for her one day. She was drawn to the things of God and God used me to mentor her. A single mom, she bought her first home from the sweat on her brow.

I was fascinated by the fact that her self-esteem was so low. I could not figure out why, with all she had going for her, she always thought she was unattractive.

The day came when she was having a party to celebrate her new home. I was excited to meet her sisters and brother.

It was that day when all I needed to know about her low self esteem was revealed to me by God.

Her mother and father were divorced and her father, a very handsome and successful man, simply adored Rita. She was clearly his favorite.

When I saw her sisters I was shocked. Even though she thought she was the ugly duckling of the family, none of them compared with Rita.

I begin to watch their interactions and I heard all the put-downs coming out of their mouths towards Rita who, like Cinderella, was waiting on them hand and foot.

Then God said to me, “Cathie do you see how hurtful words can be? These people were so jealous of Rita that they put her down her whole life. The poisonous words took root in her spirit and she believed them. Watch your Words my child! They have the power to destroy potential.”

So I ask you today dear reader, Is your low self esteem rooted in reality or is it a product of jealous people trying to put you down to squash your potential? Have you believed lies about yourself that have been spoken over you your whole life?

What if you are the beautiful butterfly God says you are? Beloved, spread your wings and FLY.

The Evil Tongue

Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit. Proverbs 18:21

Words are so often used as weapons. I believe that words used by bullies and abusers carry with them a pain that lasts longer then that of physical abuse.

I have recently started a YouTube channel. For most it would be no big deal but for me it was a case of surrendering all my insecurities to God.

As an adult I can still remember some of the cruel things my mother said that were stinging to my soul.

When I was about five or six years old we were shopping in a department store when one of my mothers friends saw her. Evidently they had lost contact after high school. The woman said to my mother, “What a pretty little girl you have!” My mother answered, “Well she’s not pretty but she is a sweet little girl.”

Those words, and many others, she said led to a lifetime of low self esteem caused by her words. Later on I married a man who was extremely verbally abusive, often making fun of me in front of others.

Recently I saw online a woman who told the story of how she escaped domestic violence. She may have escaped physical abuse but the man she is married to now is verbally abusive.

The basis of most of our insecurities start in childhood where people, who haven’t submitted their tongues to Jesus, are used by Satan to destroy our potential. We often marry abusive people because it feels comfortable to us because of what we have put up with our whole life.

Starting that YouTube channel was hard. It’s not like a selfie that you can photoshop. What you are is what people see. When God directed me to start the channel I wrestled with it because of insecurities about my looks. Finally I realized that if it is for the glory of God it will be taken care of by God. Truthfully it has been so freeing to finally let people see the real me!

Watch the words you use. Are we building people up or tearing them down with our tongues. Pray for God to tame your tongue around your children. Are you blessing them or are you cursing them. What you say is what you get. Don’t allow anyone to speak death in the life of your child.

In asking God for a Word today I was reminded that this is February 22. I then realized it is a 222 day. So many people tell me they see 222 often.

God directed me to Daniel 2:22.

But in getting complete answers I also always look at the scripture before and after the one I am interested in.

…21He changes the times and seasons; He removes kings and establishes them. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning. 22He reveals the deep and hidden things; He knows what lies in darkness, and light dwells with Him. 23To You, O God of my fathers, I give thanks and praise, because You have given me wisdom and power. And now You have made known to me what we have requested, for You have made known to us the dream of the king.

Look for things to be revealed today. Things that may have been hidden to you will suddenly become revealed. It is God that promotes people and also God that removes them from our lives as well as from the Global stage.

It could be that a prominent world leader will be removed. I would not be surprised if something big doesn’t happen in Venezuela soon. It’s a humanitarian crisis that cannot be allowed to continue.

Either way, either in your life personally or in our lives globally I discern big changes today!

Situations Are Not Hopeless With God

There are times in life when we are faced with what looks like hopeless situations.

I have experienced some really hard times in life and yet here I am sitting here trying to encourage you. Why? One Word JESUS.

It doesn’t matter if the hopeless situation is your fault or the fault of someone else. God see’s you just where you are and in comes quickly to your side.

What type of hope are we talking about here? We all desire a life free from trouble. We would all love to live in a world where divorce never happens, families never fight, jobs never end and bills are always paid leaving us more then enough money to enjoy ourselves. Though we might desire this kind of a life we have to face facts that that type of problem free life doesn’t exist on this planet earth.

Unless our faith is tested, every now and again we never get to see how strong our commitment to God is.

In the mid nineties my faith was tested severely. Two weeks prior to Thanksgiving I was laid off my job. I never saw it coming. As it was I was living payday to payday as a single mom. What made it even more discouraging was that the worse time in the world to look for a job is during the holidays. People just don’t seem to hire then. I realized I would need a miracle and so I started looking for another job. God gave me a miracle, a few days before Christmas the human resources manager called me and said, “Merry Christmas you have a job if you want it!”

As committed Christians the rules do not apply. You know those rules that say it’s harder to find a job over forty, and no one hires during the holidays, and blah, blah, blah. With God on our side we walk in supernatural miracles.

Our hope is in God. God is our heavenly father. Like any loving father He doesn’t like his children suffering and He sends warring angels to our sides to fight off all oppression.

God took all my props away from me early in life. I am an only child and both of my parents died when I was fairly young. I had no siblings to run to and no parents to run too. I had no backup system but God.

I read the scripture that said, “The Lord thy God shall be your husband.” I took that literally and when I had a problem I ran to Daddy God with it. Each time He came through my faith got stronger and stronger.

Beloved, do the best you can do and God will do the best He can do for you. Until you understand that other people are not your help in hopeless situations, and go straight to God with your problems, things will not change for you. You have to start taking God’s word literally, what He says He will do, He does. Believe it!

You have to be rooted strongly in God because his supply never runs out. He has resources you can never imagine. It won’t usually happen like you expect. God delights in answering our prayers in unique ways. I remember when my children and I had eaten oatmeal for a week. Times were desperate. Just about when I was about to give up a neighbor showed up with four bags full of food. She said, “God woke me up last night and said you could use this food.” The thing about it was that the woman was not saved. As a matter of fact she had a reputation of being a drunk in our town. But, that woman had a heart of gold. If you wait around for church people to help you might often go hungry. I have been blessed more in my life by ordinary people who God used then religious church people. I often have people come to me and ask for prayer, that are losing this, that and the other and yet when I ask them if they are givers they tell me, “I don’t have any extra money.” I want to say “that’s why you are having financial problems.” We have all heard the story of the widow in the bible who gave her last coin and how blessed she was by God for that sacrificial giving. I once taught this principal of giving and a woman decided to put me to the test. I had said, “Give what you can give even if it is only a candy bar. Bring it in and place it on someone’s desk at work. That woman sent me a candy bar in the mail, sort of mocking my statement. What she didn’t know that when I received it I was really craving something sweet and truly enjoyed it.

When you give to others God gives to you at a time you most need it. If we are stingy, then God is stingy with us. I want to assure you that if you have planted seeds God will give you a harvest at a time you need it the most.

Don’t give up. God is on the scene! You never know whose ear He whispers in to answer your need. BELIEVE and receive!

Don’t Lose Hope!

“For I know the thoughts I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and hope!” Jeremiah 29:11

Recently I watched a video in which the woman was talking about a man she had ministered too. She said, “He walked away with renewed hope.”

I got to thinking about that. Beloved, I truly believe that when you lose hope it’s over. Hope is the thing that goes along with our gift of faith. We hope that things will get better or that something will happen to answer our prayer needs and then that hope stirs up our faith and we begin to feel so much better.

The Word says the following; “Hope deferred makes the heart sick,
    but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life.” Proverbs 13:12

Years ago I would look at some situation and in the natural I would think, “Oh, dear Lord this situation is not good! What do I do Lord, what to I say to this person? I don’t want to lie, Father. What do I tell them?” God gently spoke to my Spirit, “Daughter, you are wrong. THERE IS ALWAYS HOPE! What you see as an impossibility is an opportunity to witness to large groups of people who will be astounded when I miraculously answer this prayer! Don’t ever say that again.”

So, I learned to speak hope into people. I learned to be a possibility thinker. When I counsel people they are desperate for just a glimmer of hope, just a Word letting them know that things can and will get better if they only keep the faith.

The problem with a lot of us is that we think in the natural. We look at something and our minds start to figure out what God needs to do to change the situation. Then we start to pray like this, “Dear God please let Sue talk to my boss and tell her that I need a raise.” Instead God works in mysterious ways and he doesn’t need anybody to tell him how to fix a situation. He has ways that our little human brains have not even thought of.

Now when we need answers, He stands ready to guide us. All we need do is ask and then wait for him to direct us.

I have had God tell me to go into car dealerships without a dime for a down payment and bad credit and as I obeyed him, as crazy as it sounds, I walked out with a very nice car. God had sent angels before me to prepare the way. Everything just simply fell into place. When I walked down the hall to see the sales manager I heard Christian music playing. I begin to get excited and I thought “What should I tell him Father?” God said, “Tell him the truth.” So I did. I laid my whole ugly story out in front of him, thinking he would say, “Well, I am so sorry but I can’t help you!” Instead he said, “I know what you are going through. The same thing happened to me.”

Instead of using your time calling all your Christian friends to pray, why waste your time? You are a child of God. You have the spirit dwelling inside you. Pray and seek an answer from God and then when you feel He is directing you in a certain way do what he tells you to do and DO NOT ask anyone else by saying something like this, “Do you think I heard from God when he told me, “this or that?” Because if your friend doesn’t have your level of faith they will say, “You are nuts, why would God tell you to walk into a car dealership without any money and bad credit and try to buy a car!” But we walk by faith not sight. God honors hope and faith. Don’t second guess him just do what he tells you.

Right now it’s Christmas and a whole lot of you are worried sick about how you are going to get gifts for your children and have a family dinner. I have been in that very place, beloved. The thing to do is to get into prayer and praise and wait on the Lord. He is going to direct you. You will go to a store and just what you need will be on sale, you might win something, something might just appear on your doorstep. Be open and be obedient and then wait on God. Do not lose hope. God inhabits(dwells within) our praises. He will either send us what we need or give us supernatural peace in the midst of our situation.

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord,
    whose confidence is in him.
8 They will be like a tree planted by the water
    that sends out its roots by the stream.
It does not fear when heat comes;
    its leaves are always green.
It has no worries in a year of drought
    and never fails to bear fruit.” Jeremiah 17:7-8

Negative talk, and a lack of belief in God’s supernatural miracles, kills hope and squashes faith. You get your faith up by repeating faith scriptures. When God then answers your prayers it increases your faith.

Quit feeling anxious and sorry for yourself. Start praying and praising and believing for a miracle. Tell God to touch the heart of someone who can help you in whatever way God has for you to be helped. Help someone else in the midst of your need and God will help you.

Tell God, “I do not know how you can do this, but I know you will. I rest in your presence and put my worries here at the foot of your cross.”

Do not lose hope. It may be all you have right now but if you are still able to hope you will be helped by the God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills! Nothing is too much for the God who parted the Red Sea! Nothing.
