The False Prophets

I want to preface this by saying this is not about anyone I follow. I only follow people that have proven track records. So please do not think I am speaking of any of you!

One of the ways God uses me is to speak the truth and expose darkness. Because of that, speaking out of the truth, I take a lot of abuse. I have developed a thick skin. The only opinion of me that is important to me is that of God.

Having said that I am going to repeat once again that not everyone that calls themselves a prophet is a prophet. Sometimes we confuse a word for the body for a Word God gives us, personally, for us. Sometimes people try the prophetic scam to make money. I could name names but God has not released me to do so yet. I am praying about that.

I am perplexed by all these prophets who believe they are getting a word from God and it turns out so differently then they told us it would. The election results are what I am referring to today.

If we shared their Word online, that turned out to be false, now we look foolish too.

I am tired of making excuses for these people. When a prophet gives a Word it needs to be truthful. Some of these people are playing the people of God for the money they get from their hits on YouTube.

It’s gonna continue. I for one am gonna take the information in, pray about it, but NO Longer will I share it to increase their hits on You Tube and line their pocketbooks.

God Get Me Out Of Here!

I often feel like Jonah. I can relate to him standing on the shore of Nineveh and looking at all the evil around him and saying, “God get them all!” To be fair Nineveh was an awful place to be. Evil was everywhere and don’t forget that Nineveh was the home of the Tower of Babel.

When we serve God He often uses us just where we are, in the belly of the beast. He keeps us there until, like Jonah, we repent and decide to do things God’s way.

Maybe you and I feel like we are wanting to escape our Nineveh today. Maybe we have bill collectors, troublemakers, our stressful jobs, sicknesses, family and Satan working through these very people that are all around us. In the natural, like Jonah, we are telling God, “Get me out of here let me escape to another town, another country, ANYWHERE God but here!”

Yet, like Jonah, God has a job for us to do in the midst of all these troubles. He wants us to witness to these people by showing them that through faith in the living God things can be better just where we are, right in the place we want so badly to escape.

When nothing is moving forward for you and you feel stuck consider the fact that God has a job to do, through YOU, right where you are. Once that job, whatever it is, is complete, then and only then, will God move you out.

So what can you do? Surrender. Yes, it’s that easy. Decide that, like Jonah, the quicker you surrender your will to His will, the quicker God will move you out of the current unpleasant situation you are in.

I often compare being in unpleasant situations to a caught fish, struggling to try and get off the hook the fish wildly trashes about. It’s all to no avail because that fish is not getting off that hook until the fisherman takes him off.

Surrender, be still and relax. You will be removed from these people and the unpleasant situation when God wants you to be removed. Be okay with that by living in the moment.

Defeating Self Pity Thoughts

Today has been so hard for me physically. Yesterday was hard for me too. For the first time ever I wondered if it was time for me to give up my fight with IBD and specifically ulcerative colitis. The constant symptoms are wearing me down. I try not to get down and feel sorry for myself but today has been a constant struggle. I have a husband who is 75% blind and depends on me for almost everything. I would love to stay in bed sometimes because I am weak. However, I have to take care of the both of us. So, on I go. It really is true that you never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have. Right?

These are the thoughts that wander through my head and if I dwelt on those thoughts too long I would be done for, and so I force my mind away from self pity thoughts.

I decided to write this today to encourage the rest of you. We all have our own problems and God spoke to my heart that their are many others today feeling that they too are reaching the end of their ropes. Some people get down on God at time likes these and they think God must not be there is he allows their suffering to continue.

Beloved, nothing could be further from the truth. It is not God who causes suffering. We are prime targets for the evil one. Those who belong to God often suffer in this world. God sees it and is working behind the scenes to bring someone to help, encourage and lift us up. This is not the time to give up because we are so close to our goal! We fight on and refuse to give Satan what he wants. He see’s what we do for God and thats why he works so hard to discourage us.

I have been sent to you right now to tell you that God is on the scene of your bad situation and he is working to bring you a miracle! Now is not the time to give up! I know you want to and I know in the natural it looks like an impossible situation that you are in. God has dispatched angels for your specific situation and you are getting ready to see the Red Sea of your situation open in front of your eyes, and the eyes of those who have mocked you for trusting God. As hard as it is you much quit the negative thoughts and words and let FAITH arise in your situation again.

I am praising God right now for divine healing and miracle restoration of relationships. I praise him, in spite of what it looks like in the natural, for financial provision pouring down in a stream of glory for those whose financial situations are desperate.

We must not give up because miracles are being released NOW from the throne room of GOD.

The Truth About Hearing God’s Voice

YouCannotConvince

Today God gave me a message that is not just for me, as I was in prayer and meditation with Him this morning. I believe when I write, which is my ministry, other people may get something to help them too.

As a person who has been studying self-help and psychology for over twenty years I would like people that have done the same to understand clearly that when we Christians say, “God spoke “this or that” to me that we are not psychotic.

I came away from traditional psychology because, in my experience, I saw very few clients/patients getting better. I watched so many people spend years in therapy, and years taking antidepressants, and never getting much better.

When I surrendered to Christ I had, and still have, a lot of supernatural experiences that healed me and changed me. God started to “counsel” me by a still quiet voice I heard in my head giving me advise, showing me where I was wrong, and guiding me into peace and serenity. I personally experienced something I knew was working. My own experiences taught me the reality of a living, breathing Christ, in the person of the Holy Spirit, who loved me and wanted me to be my best self. Each day, with Him, is another learning experience. I am able to teach others what God taught me, and through that counsel, I have seen many, many breakthroughs with clients and friends. When you experience the supernatural move of God yourself you cannot deny that it is real.

If you notice when Jesus counseled with someone, like the woman at the well, he got right to the crux of the matter. He didn’t do an intake, nor did he blame it on her childhood. It might have been a result of her childhood, her love addiction, but Jesus ignored that and dealt in the now.

The past is over, with its trauma. We can’t do anything about it, and so we need to deal with living sanely in the here and now.

The minute we surrender to God, and ask Him to guide us and our lives, he sets about to bring us to the right people to love and mentor us in His ways.

I have made so many mistakes. I am no saint. I have had to deal with the repercussion of a lot of those mistakes and it’s not fun. But once forgiven, repented of and turned away from, God sets about to mend the broken pottery of our lives. Sometimes he cannot replace a piece because someone choses not to forgive us. So instead he makes another piece to fit our new life exactly. He doesn’t leave us broken. I have found that the superglue He uses is so strong that nothing can disrupt the pieces of our new life that he puts together.

Nothing I can say will convince you to surrender your life completely to God. But if you do I promise you will be amazed, as you live your life in Him, how he makes all the crooked thinking of the past a straight road.

When people who have been in traditional counseling decide to counsel with me they find it different then anything they have experienced before. God speaks the truth about the persons situation to me and then I speak it to them, guided by the Holy Spirit. Sometimes just the knowledge of something that has been hidden comes to light and we wonder why in the world we missed it. We think, “I cannot believe I didn’t see that before!”

Along those lines I want to say that if you are a Christian and you are not hearing from God it’s because you are keeping something back you refuse to surrender to Him. Like the picture of the child not wanting to give the Teddy Bear to Jesus, you might have Teddy Bears you get pleasure from and you do not want to stop playing with them. It’s not up to me to judge you, however I am just telling you that nine times out of ten that’s what is stopping your growth in God.

Beloved, there is no time like today. Tomorrow is not promised to us. Surrender it all to Him and He will come to you with guidance, love and supernatural help. Forget the world that says your experiences with God are psychotic. We cannot please man and God. I choose to please God. Your choice is up to you.
